My friend Mike Moss has such a unique way of communicating, and his matter-of-fact pedagogy is really entertaining to watch. Luckily for everybody, my OTHER friends — Josh Heller, and Shawn Pearlman — are going shopping with him at various thrift stores around NYC, and taping the experience.

So far there have been three episodes, each great in their own way — and I have been assured there is at least one more coming! It’s my new favorite internet video series, so if you have the time, check it out!

I just found out that Giancarlo Fiorentini, one of the two dudes who wrote and directed the NYU short film I was in, has a blog.

And not only that, but Giancarlo Fiorentini’s blog is really funny!

Remember that weird idea I had for a t-shirt? You know, the one I had last August?

Come on! You remember. The one that had a picture of a cymbal on it. And the text read “Cymbal and Ready to Mymbal?”

Anyway, 10 months later, not only did that shirt become a reality, but BustedTees even let me model it!

I feel like I won some sort of contest. Where the entrance fee was nine months of begging.

Admittedly, the idea is, at best, stupidly charming. However, BT designer Dave Trawin did an awesome job of turning it into a work of wearable art. The shirt looks better than I ever imagined.

We’ve got a great show tonight!

Firstly, I’d just like to point out that it’s been three years since I moved to New York, two years since my one year anniversary, and one year since the anniversary of that anniversary!

Secondly, as I enter my junior year in New York I can’t help but think about all the important life lessons that I’ve learned — lessons that are so valuable to pass on. None more important than the most important lesson of them all.

Lastly, when I think of all the memories I’ve made since last year’s anniversary, one truly stands out above the rest.
